Great Story: With a division between human and monsters, you can either drive that separation further or mend the wound while you explore the world. It’s meta, has outstanding music and visuals, uses witty humor, has a fun story- and it’s all up to you to choose.
Normally in games like this all you do is slay monsters, but you instead may show mercy to the inhabitants of this world and learn how alive and lovable the monsters you could have killed really are. No, I don’t mean in dialogue (though you do have that). You are a child dropped into an underground world of monsters, and you are given something that is unique to this game: choice. Undertale! My #3 favorite game of all time, this story is most definitely one to be on your “to-play” list.
